Joan, Josep and Jordi are the renowned Roca brothers, heirs of a family tradition that led them to create one of the world’s best restaurants: El Celler de Can Roca. In this personal journey, the Roca brothers visit Jerez, Spain, the place where The Macallan journey starts with the seasoning of its casks. Together with Stuart MacPherson, The Macallan Master of Wood, and led by Josep Roca, one of the world’s best sommeliers, they explore the essence and true spirit of the Spanish South, with its rich gastronomy, vibrant culture and ancient wine tradition. Back in their restaurant El Celler de Can Roca, the brothers create a special and emotional menu inspired in their trip that aims to pay homage to their parents’ restaurant, Can Roca, and the neighborhood that watched them grow up.
