That part was a bit weird featuring an actor known for giants and so forth, but she was a bit cheesy and humorous in a weird way when they meet you go huh, didn't know those weird English professors would like that. But opening scene was hilarious to any English major, the rest a bit far fetched, and with butt thongs now, it's fun to look back on. O'Neal plays it so well, comically, that it's rather sad that he went the Olliver Story thing and phased out of comedy with personal problems and ill direction and planning by his agents and managers and so forth, and his lack of his own control over those choices. And also the R element here when to me with it out, this movie would be more scene than rather hard to find.
