It is all very uncomplicated. Anna Feodorovna Belova lives in a small village. She is twice a widow and now lives together with her brother Michail Feodorovich. Sometimes two other brothers, Vasily and Sergei Feodorovich come to visit them. At those occasions, they drink a lot of tea, they take a Russian steam bath and discuss, among other things, the question whether there is "a standard to measure ordeals by."For the rest there is some cattle, a dog is running around, the potatoes need grubbing up... What can happen there?
