This was fun. I would not call this a horror movie and the movie description is a little bit misleading. Not really a zombie film, but more about the filmmaking process (where the film in question involves zombies. If you are a fan of Noises Off or Bowfinger, this one will be right up your alley. Don't go into this expecting a zombie film or you will likely be disappointed. If you are looking for a fun film that happens to center around zombies you may like it. I did.

This movie is less of a horror movie and more of a love letter to the micro budget indie movies that make up this genre. Give it a go and stick to it, the movie is definitely better on rewatch.

If you are expecting a horror movie you will be disappointed. However if you stick with it, you will find this movie as a huge love letter to those independent film makers and studios working with these huge limitations and micro budgets. This is a film makers movie.

If you are expecting a Zombie movie you will be disappointed. IF however you stay with the movie you will find what I believe to be a huge love letter to B-movies, indie movies and micro budget films. The payoff being huge
