About this movie

Denzel Washington is Robert McCall, an ex-assassin with a mysterious past, who returns to action to serve vengeance for the exploited and oppressed. Finding himself surprisingly at home in Southern Italy, he discovers his new friends are under the control of local crime bosses. As events turn deadly, McCall knows what he has to do: become his friends' protector by taking on the mafia.

English users beware!! Google did not provide English subtitles for the Italian dialogues in this movie, which was about 3/4 of the movie. I didn't understand most of the intricacies of the story due to inaccessible Italian-to-English translation. What a waste of what could have been a good movie. Wish Google play could learn how to use Google Translate!

There are no english subtitles for the Italian speaking part of the movie which is more than half of the movie. I don't recommend buying this movie if you don't speak Italian.

This is very disappoiting compared to Equalizer 1& 2. I legit wasted my money renting this movie.
