About this movie

Joe Doyle (Daniel Zovatto) is a hitman who lives with his mother, Gloria (Academy Award nominee Cathy Moriarty). By day he stalks his victims, by night he watches old movies and Instagram stories in his room. While casing city council member, Ed Terzian (Tom Segura), Doyle becomes attracted to the councilman's assistant, Mia (Tilda Cobham-Hervey). When she accidentally witnesses Doyle murder her boss, Doyle becomes conflicted about what to do with her -- so he takes her back to his house until he can figure things out. Concerned only for her son's life, Gloria wants Mia dead, while Doyle's employers, Lee (David Proval) and son James (Buddy Duress), pressure Doyle about the missing girl. But there is more than meets the eye with Mia, leaving Doyle to navigate a situation he's never encountered – falling in love.

This movie really has twists and turns that keeps your attention I really loved it , there are notable actors that each do a great job adding depth to a compelling story Learned that the director producer Cameron Van Hoy actually wrote the script and spent five years perfecting it It’s really a must See I think That’s director has been able to draw out the depth of each character to really make this film Touch your heart strings The over all experience a winner so it’s like you really get your moneys worth It takes you to another place and you just don’t know what’s gonna happen next draws out all our senses l! The raw emotion plus the soundtrack the simplicity yet complexity combined along with the twists and turns really pay off I feel like i it’s a must see I don’t usually write reviews but I really enjoyed this one!

Impressive first effort from director, Cameron Van Hoy. He nailed the vaporwave aesthetic with the lighting and score. Definitely worth the watch.
