Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez join forces in the double-feature Grindhouse, their tribute to the glory days of low- budget 1970s exploitation films. Rodriguez's Planet Terror kicks things off with go-go dancer Cherry Darling turning zombie killer after a bio-weapon infects her town's residents, while Tarantino's Death Proof finds the crazed Stuntman Mike stalking and killing women in his souped-up "death proof" cars. With fake trailers full of grime 'n' gore shot by directors including Rob Zombie and Eli Roth, Grindhouse is one hell of a slam-bang show!
