About this movie

Pop superstar Jordan Jaye (Matthew Espinosa) has a big dream - he just wants to live like a regular teenager. When he's chased down by some excited female fans, he finds a perfect hideout and a reluctant new friend from a small town, high-school art student, Emily Lowe (Sarah Jeffery, Descendants). Despite being from different worlds, they soon discover they have way more in common than they ever imagined. Over the course of several days, the two embark on an unexpected journey of friendship, first love and self-discovery - proving that maybe opposites really do attract.

If I were a famous teenager and I got a chance to act like a normal person , I wouldn't want to be famous anymore and the way that they went from strangers to friends was an amazing sight that shows how people connect over a short period of time . I truly love this movie not only did Matthew Espinosa work his mattosauras Rex tail off but it's like he actually let the true Matthew Espinosa shine . ☺

I have watched this movie so much since it came out, and it is one of the best movies I have ever watched! It is so inspirational and it's actually NOT EXACTLY LIKE STARSTRUCK like everyone says it is. This movie is waaaaaaayyyyyyyyy better, and it has more of a message than, "Oh I found a hot celebrity. Now we're best friends, and we kissed." It is all about finding who you are, and creating yourself in the world. Matthew and Sarah, you did an amazing job! And Joshua, let's hope there's maybe a second one.

This is probably the most calming movie I have ever watched. I must praise it for it's mellow and beautiful soundtrack. I liked the visual aspects of the movie. As well as, many of the shots in this movie were outright gorgeous! While some complain that the movie's plot line is too generic. I found it slightly refreshing. The movie felt like it did it's best to demonstrate authentic characters and emotions. The plot of the movie was not difficult to anticipate, but it felt realistic. It accomplished it's goal and wasn't trying to present itself as something more. It had a surprising depth to it's characters, a refreshing sight in most teen rom-coms. In the end, it won't win an Oscar, but I was entertained and left satisfied at the end of the film. As for the actors, for his first role in a movie, it isn't a bad place to start.
