Pickles and Ice Cream

S3 E16: Sally goes to the gynecologist because she loves the concept of a doctor exclusively for women. In the waiting room she announces to everyone that shes pregnant just to get some attention. Someone who looks like a homeless guy and acts like a dog shows up at the apartment. Its Pickles, Harrys pet from back home, whos followed Harry across the galaxies and has now assumed human form; Dick allows Harry to keep him. Pickles begins to systematically trash the apartment in spite of Harrys and Tommys efforts to contain him. Officer Don arrives and Pickles, who Don finds extremely strange, is introduced to him as a family friend. As part of her faked pregnancy, Dick and Sally attend a pre-natal class; Sally thinks being pregnant is cool, but Dick resents the fact that pregnancy is a closed club for women only. Don, Mary and Nina find out about Sallys pregnancy and Don worries that the child is his. Meanwhile Mary and Nina try to be supportive since Sally is about to become a single mother. Pickles runs away, and Harry and Tommy find him getting rowdy in a sports bar; as theyre leaving, Pickles is hit by a car. When a member of the pre-natal class goes into labor unexpectedly, Dick and Sally are present for the birth of a child. Dick is so enthralled that the parents have trouble getting the new baby away from him, but Sallys horrified. Dick orders Sally to get pregnant, but shell have no part of it. And Dick tells Pickles that Earth is not a safe place for him; hell have to go home.
