The Dastardly Dr. Voodoo / Dancing Underpants Ghoulie

S1 E11: Miss Gotto has been acting weird of late. Forgetful, giddy, surprisingly upbeat, she is often seen staring vacantly into space with a silly grin on her face. It's as if she had no will of her own; as if she had become...A THRALL! Mona the Vampire follows her teacher on what is ostensibly a romantic date. Is the man Miss Gotto is so enthralled with the Man of her Dreams, or as Mona suspects, an evil Voodoo Chief? And did Mona's interference help break the spell and release Miss Gotto from her imprisonment - or did the Man's own behavior open Miss Gotto's eyes to his true nature...a selfish cad. It depends on whose story you believe. / Who would have guessed that the Dancing Underpants Ghoulie would be haunting the old laundromat? Mona, that's who. Using a little vampire know-how, Mona determines that the Dancing Underpants Ghoulie is none other than the old owner of the laundromat, Mr. Clarkson, some fifty years after his demise. Only a simpleton would even suggest that the ghoulish display was caused by an old pair of underwear flounced about from the central heating pipe. With a little research information from the residents of the Sleepy Ridge old folks home, Mona learns that Mr. Clarkson passed away with one major wish still unfulfilled. And so, Mona hatches an impossible plan capture the ghoulie and fulfill its lifelong dream...by sending it to Broadway.
