Terms of Employment

S2 E8: Grace (Debra Messing) is hired as an interior design consultant by a successful lawyer (Tony-winning guest star Gregory Hines) but when he reneges on his payment, she calls on Will (Eric McCormack) to represent her. Will so impresses the defendant/lawyer that he later hires Will himself. Elsewhere, Jack (Sean Hayes) and Karen (Megan Mullally) are contracted to create a sexual harassment video.
