Madness and mass comas: this is what is called the Randolph Syndrome, a new disease looming slow and steady over humanity. The cause seems to be coming from an Asylum placed deep under the South Pole in Antarctica. On its surface, weird creatures live and unknown resources can be found. Due to huge fortunes, organized conspiracies, and personal ambitions, people bet their lives on the depths of a new and mysterious world. It is here, alone, that a young man with a wish beating in his heart faces the gates of Asylum.
