Juban Holiday: The Carefree Princess

S4 E19: Usagi and Chibi-Usa meet a strange woman named Rubina who follows them around at the fireworks festival. Unbeknownst to the two girls, Rubina is a princess visiting from the Kingdom of Amethyst who snuck out to experience life outside of her royal duties.
