William is a frustrated recording engineer with a dream of composing an epic prog-rock album. He's stymied by his new neighbor, Vlad, a loathsome and loud lunatic. Vlad's noises and loud music drive William mad. He loses his girlfriend. He loses his job. And then, loses his mind. William accidentally kills Vlad and several other neighbors. Their corpses return to taunt William, as his deranged journey leads to him enlist the help of his murdered neighbors to finish recording his album.
