Sean Baker continues to prove himself the chronicler-in-chief of life on America’s fringes with this provocative tale of deluded ambition. Pointedly set on the eve of Trump’s election, and with a magnetic lead in ex-porn star Simon Rex, Red Rocket is a blistering critique of the cult of personality.
