Dashing international film star Hugh Grant plays a proper English entrepreneur who innocently stumbles into the criminal underworld in this sidesplitting romantic comedy.When a New York auction-house manager, Michael (Grant), proposes marriage to his girlfriend, she declines, not wanting another boyfriend to become corrupted by her Mafia family. But Michael inadvertently becomes a money launderer and accomplice to murder.
