Terminator: Dark Fate

An escort mission of a movie, that pretty much sums this film up. Anyone who has played a video game in the last 20 years will know what an escort mission is , think having to help Ashley in Resident Evil 4. The action seems are cgi heavy and you don't really get a sense of peril at any point, it's not an awful film , probably better than Salvation and T3 but that's not really saying a lot

Woke follywood feminist garbage. A total hot garbage reboot that ignores everything that made the originals interesting in favor of a woke hispanic blue collar narrative that would have been much better served in its own universe instead of hijacking a well-known IP and flushing that entire universe down the toilet for no reason at all, aside from being woke and "just cause". If this was the first introduction into some stand alone "Mexican robot annihilator" series it would have probably sold.

If you go into this movie not expecting it to compare to T1 & T2, you'll probably have a good (not great) time. Tone and execution are similar to T4, in terms of going in the right direction but just not quite reaching potential. I'd say if you watch T1, T2 & T6 back to back it makes a good Sarah Connor trilogy.
