A Man Called Horse

Richard Harris stars as Lord John Morgan in this controversial epic attempting to portray the life of the American Sioux in the early 19th century. After Morgan is captured, he is given to the chief's mother as a servant. Gradually, he embraces the tribe's way of life. Before he can be accepted with honor as an equal member of the tribe, he must endure the intense and painful Sun Vow ritual. It will test his dedication and commitment, if not kill him first.
