If you like gore, revenge flicks, and a badass female protagonist, this movie will be up your ally. Sure there are things in this that aren't realistic. But that's not the point of this movie. Just suspend reality and enjoy the ride.
For a revenge movie it was well worth the time I'm not a Doctor though but I feel there was an unnatural amount of blood spilt
Mutherf*cking payback horror classic! Only thing that has surprised me (other than how unbelievably good this film was) is that there isn’t more 5 skull ratings! This is one of the best of this sub horror genre! Enough said!
