On the strip of Miami's South Beach, the party does not start until after midnight when the city's heart pounds to the beat of Latin rhythms, the bronzed "beautiful people" overflow the nightclubs, and the rich and famous take refuge from the dance floor in private VIP rooms. As owner of the city's hottest restaurant, bar, and nightclubs, 28-year-old former New Yorker Chris Paciello (Jason Gedrick), dubbed the "King of South Beach," knows the elite scene better than anyone. With help from his new best friend and head of security, Andy Burnett (Donnie Wahlberg), Chris's nightlife empire, partly built with questionable financing, continues to glow red-hot. But both Chris and Andy harbor secret pasts unknown to the other—pasts filled with Mob, money, and murder; pasts that will stun a city; and pasts that will implode Chris's empire.
