This is amongst the best and most honest documentary made about Charles Manson. I know what we all once believed about Charles Manson and Helter Skelter, and this would be a good starting point in finding the truth. I started with this and over quite some time this took me into many many weeks of researching other things on this subject. Ironically the deeper you look the more proof you find that everything you once thought you knew about Charles Manson and Helter Skelter was false. I'm not here to say that Charles Manson was some angel, but then again neither were the people who prosecuted and convicted him, both in the courtroom and out of it. If you're into True Crime and someone who does search for the truth then I would highly recommend this. I could write a list of books and or sites videos Etc, but that would take forever to list here, so probably one of the easiest way to get this information involving Charles Manson would be to check out "the stoner van Houten show" on U-tube. This will get you in the right direction. I still would have advised doing in-depth Google searches but this could take a lot of time in weeding out the best from the worst. Again this is for those who search for the real truth. It's actually almost scary when you put the pieces together and realized what really happened with this case. Again I'm not saying he's fully innocent and some angel but in the United States of America the court of law should be upheld for everybody, including people like Charles Manson. In the same way that if you're gay, black, Arabic, no matter what your religion is no matter if you have long hair, tattoos and ride a motorcycle, no matter what we should have a fair trial.
