Three Summer

Sylvia Chang, who stars in Ah Mon's Queen of Temple Street, teams up with the director again, this time as producer and co-screenwriter. Tony Leung plays a young man with a history, returning from Hong Kong to his fishing village on an outlying island. His adolescent sister has befriended a group of city kids coming to the island every year for an ecologically correct summer she is starting to experience all the joys and sorrows that people her age are expected to experience. Spirited and refreshing, Three Summers is an ode to the fountain of youth.
