Its so generic and average I can't even describe it. It doesn't stand out, it doesn't have any charm, it has nothing to offer. It's the same as every forgettable movie.

I couldn't get through this. The kids couldn't get through this. The bullying goes on for a long time. The songs lack creativity. Really sad because technically it's such a great looking movie.

I have a 3 and 6 year old. They absolutely love this movie, especially my 3 year old autistic daughter. She doesn't talk much but she started imitating the actions and some of the words of the movie. She doesn't normally dance but will dance to the musical numbers. It's such a cute movie. I havent looked through the comments but I suspect much of the negative response has to do with the bully/ugly song. But the message at the end is beautiful.
