About this movie

Las Vegas showroom magician Cris Johnson has a secret: he can see two minutes into the future. Sick of the government and scientific interest in his gift, he lies low in Vegas, performing cheap tricks and living off small-time gambling "winnings." But when a terrorist group threatens to detonate a nuclear device in Los Angeles, government agent Callie Ferris must use all her wiles to capture Cris and convince him to help her stop the cataclysm.

This was in the 2007-10 years of the Cage era. It's actually a fun watch with…some ending, I'll say. Cage nails it, this is better than Bangkok Dangerous but nowhere near as fun as Sorcerer's Apprentice or as good as Port of Call New Orleans.

Despite what the critics would have you believe, for me this flick was instant fun, and would be suited as a Netflix mini series. I'm not sure why all the hate from critics, but I think its entertaining and compels you to think a bit about our conception of time. I would love to see a sequel.

This film is fun, no question... But the ending is so lazy I can't get over it.
