Yes,this movie is pretty messed up and yes it is definitely not for the fait of heart, but come on people it's a great movie. Anyone who says that this movie is sick or that the directors are immature, that's the point. The movie is supposed to he sick, demented, screwed up,and twisted while being funny. It is worth the rent and even buy,but if you know you cannot handle anything messed up,skip this.

Not a movie for everyone, but I lived the whole experience. This is not one movie but 26 individual short films that each tell the directors vision of a way of dying centers around one word.. Each staring with a different letter of the alphabet... If you like Mulholland drive or memento I imagine you will understand and like these films

The problem with these types of films is that there are different directors so the quality of the short films differ. Some can be just bad and others can get really weird, trust me. I give the movie as a whole a 2 out of 5. If you like weird stuff be my guest.
