This is the Year

This movie already had its "virtual premiere" last year, but I guess it's finally on VOD now. It's fine for what it is, and if you were ever a fan of Disney's show "Wizards of Waverly Place", then "This is the Year" might hold some nostalgia for you. It's helmed by David Henrie and Selena Gomez, co-directing. (Neither of them make appearances in the movie, though.) Other than that, it's your typical high school movie with a couple cute characters. Definitely rentable as a one-off, but I personally don't need to see it again!
