Homeward Is A Ripoff of Onward. Any Ripoff is stealing something from the original creator's. The animated is best the alsyum has made. It not good but you won't feel as sick watching this as their other movies. This wouldn't be on my top 10 worst movie list but It probably be on my top 100 list of worst movies. This movie isn't insulating bad But It Just feel Cheap. If you want to watch this movie go on azom prime to watch it soo you don't have to pay for it. It bad But if you like bad then ok.

One of my hobbies is finding bad or bootlegged animated movies to watch and laugh at. However, I actually really liked this one. The animation wasn't very good, and in one scene they actually forgot to add the textures/colours to the 3D models so the entire audience at graduation looked like grey goop. And of course, this movie was made in a short amount of time to profit off of people thinking they are watching the new Disney movie "Onward," I won't pretend it isn't. But still, I really enjoyed it. Some of the jokes were pretty funny, the plot was pretty interesting, and it was just a fun movie if you aren't a strict movie buff. I think that there were a lot of parts that could benefit from being a little more fleshed out, Scrap needed more development as a character, the brothers relationship should have been explained in more than words, there should have been more tension/build up, and there wasn't a lot of world building. Where are the frog people from? Why can't we see goblins? How many humanoid creatures are there? Are they all segregated? There was a lot of opportunity there. I would have loved to have seen one large city, with orcs, goblins, frog people, etc. all together. The large conflict and segregation between the Orcs and the Elves seems a little less important knowing there's so many other types of creatures that don't fall on one side or the other. All in all, it was a decent but very rushed movie. Maybe it's because I'm familiar with a lot of Asylum's other bootleg works so my standards are pretty low at this point. But I really did like it, and I will be purchasing the DVD so I can watch it when I'm sick or feeling down.
