IT Chapter Two

Great film but suffered similarly to the original TV miniseries. Ending of the book isn't great and it shows here. Great cast do well with the material, Bill Hader is brilliant. Not scary but worth a watch if you enjoyed Chapter 1.

A much better ending than the first incarnation of this movie. The length is used well in most cases. The scares are there, but they could of been stronger. Bill Hader is incredible in his role as Richie. Beep beep Richie. Bill Skarsgards' Pennywise is as unique and playfull, as he is sick and devilish. I am an SK fan and I think other SK fans will appreciate the journey here, Director Andy muschietti has made this a very personal project. One he has taken much time to craft. Bravo, Andy. 👍

I chose to rent this title rather than purchase, and I'm glad I did. It's OK, however, maybe it's my current state of mind or perhaps the memory of the 1999 Tim Curry original that's soiling my experience. All I know is that it's just OK.
