About this movie

The marriage of Princess Diana and Prince Charles has long since grown cold. Though rumours of affairs and a divorce abound, peace is ordained for the Christmas festivities at the Queen's Sandringham Estate. There's eating and drinking, shooting and hunting. Diana knows the game. But this year, things will be a whole lot different. SPENCER is an imagining of what might have happened during those few fateful days.

Rubbish. 50% of the dialogue is whispered for no good reason. Overly dramatic head turning. Makes Diana seem like she had mental issues. The corgi's are the best part of the movie.

Disappointing. Not half as good as it thinks it is. Makes out Diana was pretty unhinged. Very little story. If you're missing the Crown and are thinking this might scratch that itch I would suggest that you look elsewhere.

I had high hopes for Kristen Stewart in this I figured she'd shaken off the Twilight pish stain and was ready to move on to dignified roles, how wrong how I was.....if I could give this half a star I wouldn't even give it that because this rubbish belongs in the bin
