About this movie

Young newlyweds Paul (Harry Treadaway) and Bea (Rose Leslie) travel to a remote lake cottage for their honeymoon, where the promise of private romance awaits them. Shortly after arriving, Paul finds Bea wandering and disoriented in the middle of the night. Although I wouldn't call this a " horror " movie in the sense of what you think of when you hear horror. There is no mass killings or gory bloody scenes, the horror comes from the fact that this is the stuff that some people have nightmares about. The actors in this film do such a fantastic and believable job that you find yourself totally engrossed in what their going through. Harry Treadaway does such and amazing acting job as Paul the husband of Bea the woman who has had something horrible happen to her, that you just want him to get the hell away from the situation so that he can save himself. It also doesn't hurt that he is so frigging good looking that you can't take your eyes off of him. 👀 lol. But getting back to the movie, I would definitely recommend watching this one, maybe even twice just in case you missed something the first time. You will totally enjoy it. I would have given it more stars, but 5 was the maximum. So I'll give it 2 thumbs up also. 👍👍

Very well acted and bursting at the seems with confusion and torment. All the people here saying they were 'disappointed' probably don't appreciate jazz music either. In my opinion, ending on a dissonant chord is perfect for a horror movie.

They never really explain wtf actually happened and when it started to get eventful it ended. I feel like I wasted my time watching a movie that the creators just got bored making and ended it without going into the main reason for the movie. The actors were good though.
