About this movie

In "Clash of the Titans," the ultimate struggle for power pits men against kings and kings against gods. But the war between the gods themselves could destroy the world. Born of a god but raised as a man, Perseus (Sam Worthington) is helpless to save his family from Hades (Ralph Fiennes), vengeful god of the underworld. With nothing left to lose, Perseus volunteers to lead a dangerous mission to defeat Hades before he can seize power from Zeus (Liam Neeson) and unleash hell on earth. Perseus sets off on a perilous journey deep into forbidden worlds, leading a daring band of warriors, including Draco (Mads Mikkelsen), an experienced soldier who encourages the defiant Perseus to make use of his god-given abilities. Battling unholy demons and fearsome beasts, they will only survive if Perseus can accept his power as a god, defy his fate and create his own destiny. MPAA Rating: PG-13 For fantasy action violence, some frightening images and brief sensuality. © 2010 Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. and Legendary Pictures. All Rights Reserved.

Watch it in on my 60" trough my xoom & HDMI I got a hi-speed connection so , no buffering whatsoever. Excellent quality. Not better than blue-ray but for a 'order from my couch' experience. Android market beats walking to blockbuster. Even on my EVO with sprint no buffering at all got nice coverage on my way to work.

If you are a fan or the original story and movie then skip this. They took the plot and took a big dump on it to make a whole new movie. I will say special effects were great, but never in my life have i ever walked out of a theater....3 times. (my ride wouldnt leave)

First... it is a remake that places Sam Worthington into a very notable role as Perseus. Since Sam brings to the role his own personal style... most noticeable being his personality... most will find his character very likable. The story is typical and the special effects are pretty darn good. It is not going to win an academy award for best picture... but that is not they set out to do with this movie. It is an enjoyable escape to fantasy... retelling an old tale and improving on the special effect of the original movie of Ray Harryhausen. Disregard the negative opinions of picky reviewers... check out this gem.
