Dead Man Down

Don't bother renting movies from here, i rented my first movie from here a few days ago to watch on a trip i was going on..... CRAP the movie kept buffering even after downloading the movie and to top it all off it would not let me watch no more than 5 min of the movie the screen would turn black and movie would not respond

It felt like this movie was missing a mile of backstory. unfortunately, the director chose to unleash that backstory over a single conversation, in the lead characters apartment building, in just under 30 seconds. The rest of the movie plods along, formulaic and without any real stakes or much drama at all.

I like Farrell, but this does not show off his acting chops. It was predictable and Terrence Howard's character didn't fit. Oh well, on to the next movie.
