This is one of the funniest movies I've ever seen. Especially Keanu Reeves and William Hurt as the hitmen who are so stoned they cannot do their jobs correctly.

I really don't understand Rotten Tomatoes rating system's methodology... Not only is this film based on a true story (with according to the real Tony Toto, played by Kevin Klein, 99% accuracy) it's a wonderfully acted story of such rarity and hilarity that it is completely unbelievable. This modern tale of redemption with humor in the face of pain and tragedy & a 20th century Rasputin ( that survives to boot ), is well worth a watch. Rotten Tomatoes is way off on this one!
