Queen of Katwe

Awesome story. We ought to think of other countries that don't have what we have in US. Pray for them for better condition and forth. Good story too. It is very inspiring story and they work hard for living.

The main actress is from an area near where the film is set which likely adds to her convincing performance. All of the acting was excellent. The film sort of follows the underdog formula but is able to set itself apart in several ways. 1) It's not the typical sports film/underdog story. 2) It's set in Africa which lends itself to some impressive cinematography (loved all the bright colors). 3) The screen writer didn't skimp on character development.

Loved the cast, wonderful inspirational true story, and the scenery was true to life, but beautiful in parts, difficult in others. Music was great. A good movie for a rainy day.
