Thought the fact that there's a "Grown Ups 2" was an indication of hilarity, I stand corrected. These are 5 good comedians, who make me laugh sooo much more when they're on their own, but I didn't really feel they got into the swing of the chemistry in terms of meshing their comedic powers together. It's a standard Happy Madison formulaic plot which I'm usually down with because of the simplicity and innocence, but in this instance a lot of the jokes were just boring me and barely made my smile twitch. Probably because a fair amount of the jokes depended on believing in heterosexual male and female stereotypes, more so than you're avg Happy Madison movie since it's about 4 straight married dudes and a bachelor. But a lot of people like that stuff so maybe it's you're schtick. If not, there are still some good laughs! I give this movie a solid "meh".

It was definitely one of Adam Sanders better films compared to his recent disasters. *cough* Jack and Jill *cough*. But still not a really good film
