About this movie

Master Gunnery Sergeant Thomas Beckett (Tom Berenger) is the US Marine Corps' most decorated sniper. Having taken out warlords, drug czars and assassins, he has over seventy confirmed kills in his long and illustrious career. Beckett is hired by NSA officials William Avery (Denis Arndt) and Richard Addis (William Duffy) to perform a covert operation to eliminate a suspected terrorist. The assignment is intensified when the real purpose of the mission turns out to be something other than what Beckett was told and the terrorist turns out to be Paul Finnegan (John Doman), a friend of Beckett's who was presumed dead. Finnegan's death was a fraud and he slowly emerged as a criminal force and a danger to the world. With only one chance to take him out, it's up to Beckett to take the shot. © 2004 Sony Pictures Home Entertainment Inc. All Rights Reserved.

Gunnery Sargent Thomas Beckett assigned to kill a person presumed dead during the war. He gets his target in a unusual way. Lots of action and a very good story line.
