This piece of Doc may explain why Carter is not very popular in USA right now. Too honest? Too plain? Too fair? or, Not in the best interest of corporate government? Does Carter bring too much sympathy on the weaker side of the game-of-war? At least, it is less likely that he has to lie at his senior age from his heart, unless other unknown factor plays a role in his opinions.
