About this movie

Hayley Mills stars in this delightful comedy about two mischievous students who turn a convent school upside-down with their pranks. Hayley Mills plays Mary Clancy, who, with her best friend Rachel Devery (June Harding), succeeds in driving the Mother Superior (Rosalind Russell) to distraction with an endless number of practical jokes. Just when there appears to be no hope for the school's two most incorrigible students, they get a little help from Sisters Celestine (Binnie Barnes) and Constance (Camilla Sparv). During Christmas break, Mary remains at the school and is touched by the Sisters' celebration of the Yule. Rachel first doubts Mary's sincerity, but later follows Mary's example. Their graduation is both a relief and celebration for the Mother Superior. It's habit-forming entertainment for the whole family! Favorite "teen age" movie ever. Haley Mills was my idol in the 1960's. Rossaland Russle is one of the best actresses EVER. If you want a movie that the entire family can watch with fun a little michevious (sp?) behavior but all with good intentions then rent this movie. I actually have this movie and the sequel, Where Angles go trouble follows and every holiday time (thanksgiving, christmas) we watch this as a family. This is a feel good movie, best movie you will spend money on hands down!

One ★ because of pricing, google play rape. Film is quite good, guess I never see again. Should be priced $7.99 to $8.99 to buy & $1.99 to rent. Mic Pete

I have enjoyed this movie and sequel for many years. I am 66 now and both movies always makes myself and family laugh. It's good clean fun. And a movie at any age would enjoy seeing.
