Underrated, but a very great a brutal way for a new beginning of the mortal, but very deadly side of Michael Myers. It also goes into detail about how he became the true mass murderer that he became. Very great movie imo. I still like the others, but this is one of the best of the franchise. They may have made the second one a bit corny, but his even more brutal murders really make up for it.

Don't trust the idiotic Tomatometer. This installment, is "terrifying." The score by Tyler Bates, is one of my all-time favorites with the deep strings and pitch bends. Overall, watch it for what it is. A true horror film that'll keep you cringing from beginning to end.
