About this movie

In the second of the blockbuster Batman films, the physically deformed criminal genius The Penguin threatens Gotham City--and, helpless, the entire city can only pray that Batman Returns. Only Batman (MichaelKeaton) can defend the city from total chaos as The Penguin (DannyDeVito) lays twisted waste to a great metropolis. Meanwhile, the Dark Knight may have met his equal in the lethally lithe Catwoman (MichellePfeiffer)--only he doesn't know if she is feline friend ... or foe.

Well, along side The Dark Knight that is. To parallel the 2 films, they both had amazing actors cast to play the villains. In the way Heath Ledger brought a chilling charisma to his portrayal as the joker (that Im quite sure wont be outdone) in The Dark Knight, can be directly compared with Michelle Pfeiffer's outstanding performance as Selena Kyle, The Catwoman. Not before Batman Returns & certainly not in the 2+ decades since its release has any other actress even come close to be worthy of comparison

the film is for the Most part, fun i think though the peinguin's scenes could have been a little more common place similar to jack nicholson's joker in the original meanwhile, selina kyle/catwoman probably should have been placed more as a Love intrest similar to vicki vale in the original and Less as a villian, and had this careful alteration in the story did happen, i think it probably would have helped selina kyle in the long run in both story choices and soundtrack choices to accompany the love story aspects , what i would have wanted to see to help extend the Love story between selina and batman, is things that were quite similar to events in the first batman movie with kim basinger as vicki vale, one song choice i believe the film could have benefited from a great love song for selina kyle is the troggs love is all around, so that you don't look at the character from how she is being manipulated by peinguin, But you look at her from batman's perspective and how he probably might have been able to change her into a good person, the same way that how he was able to protect vicki vale from joker , but above all, the film is fun

The acting, story, characters, music from Danny Elfman and sound effects and dialogue and action sequences and pacing was great but I would say that the Batman I could watch the most that I recommend is Batman from 1989 and The Dark Knight from 2008 because those ones was more darker and serious than the others in my opinion.
