Not even that great of an attempt - it's a typical "ethnic" version of an already popular movie. These usually tend to suck and lo and behold we have a turd. Don't spend your money.

The whole story has changed from the original. It really is quite sad that we have to destroy a musical to try and to try and make it PC. The musical acts are really sad for the caliber of actors. I left about 3/4 of the way through, i just wish i could get our groups money refunded as i really hate to see this film break even let alone make any money. Where 501 Five Star reviews came from, i feel bad the movie studios actually have viewers that want to see whatever this is

Everyone is entitled to their opinion...As a person who worked in all realms of the Arts world so to speak..They couldn't have picked a better cast. This film will be critically acclaimed because that's how the world works...But there is always something for everyone. WORD
