Toy Story 4

UNBELIEVABLE! 2.0 out of 5.0 Plus 3 1/2 stars??? What is wrong with this movie that’s SOOOOO BAD? I’m a long time Toy Story fan and I couldn’t believe what the rating are for this film is on the app. I get that first three are higher ratings on this app because I totally agree that they are classics and better storytelling. But what I don’t understand is why “Toy Story 4” (2019) is so low! I agree that the original gang should’ve had more screen time but there’s a reason why they didn’t get much screen time at all because Andy and the gang’s story is over but that doesn’t mean each character’s story is done “Toy Story 4” (2019) is about Woody’s growth in character development and how he’s dealing with changes. I think it was a smart choice to tell a story about growth and letting go. Woody is struggling with a little bit of depression by not getting played with as much anymore and doing the same stuff he’s always done. But after the creation of Forky, Woody’s new purpose is to take care of Forky and mentoring him. During the road trip, Woody catches up with his long lost love interest Bo Peep. Bo conveniences Woody that there’s more to a toy’s life than being there for one kid. He knows that he’s not the favorite toy so he takes her advice and moves on to help other kids and he becomes heroic. Buzz knows that Woody would be unhappy going back with Bonnie but knowing that he would be happier with Bo and helping the children in need of a toy would be better for him. Buzz, knowing that Woody will be leaving his family that he’s known for years was a hard decision for him but Buzz knows that letting his pal go is good for him. This movie may not be the best out of the films but it’s worthy and a story that needed to be told. So come on people show a little more respect for this movie! It deserves to be a 4.5 and a 4 1/2 stars on this app.

An absolute MASTERPIECE!!! I was one of those people who was extremely nervous and angry that another Toy Story was being made after the extremely poignant and powerful ending to Toy Story 3. However, Toy Story 4 is as good if not better than all the other Toy Story movies. The most psychological and emotional one to date, with photo realistic animation, and a powerful and beautifully told story about growing up, letting go, the difference between selfishness and selflessness, and loyalty. Toy Story 4 is another Pixar Gem and ranks now makes Toy Story the greatest Movie franchise of all time!! DO NOT MISS THIS MOVIE!!
