This was a real disappointment from the director of The Day After Tomorrow, which is a terrific movie. 2012, on the other hand, is all special effects with very little by the way of story or character development. It's basically like spending 2 hours watching John Cusack pick up a paycheck.

Google, you disappoint me yet again. Not a single scene was deleted until you get to the end where Oliver Platt was SUPPOSED to get his ass handed to him for being a complete lunatic and THEN you people decided to EDIT that part out. WHY THE HELL DO THAT??? Did it offend your belief standards of a crazed over powered politician who was fine with everyone dying so long as it was not him, but not get knocked out for being an ass? I payed for a WHOLE movie, and I want to watch the whole movie I payed for which includes the parts YOU GOOGLE don't like.

This movie doesn't believe that the Mayan Calendar is correct the Mayans predicted that it would be December 21, 2012... this say it happened over the summer because they said the London 2012 Olympics were cancelled. BAM. we win... but still a decent movie
