The trailer is really good the movie not so much.Not scary mediocre acting at best.The dad character is written as totally demasculated &just watching him you feel like just punching him several times as a wake-up call.2/3 of the movie the evil lady constantly keeps drooling that alone got on my nervesThe final reveal of why the evil people are there happens over an hour in but isn't even revealed & keeps you completely in the dark until it ends 20 minutes later & leaves you with frustration

Overall I enjoyed the movie, good creature features are rare these days. However I wish they would've shown what "The Court." was. The entire movie is about these creatures showing up and demanding this court, demanding that they show what they've seen and yet at the end of the most terrible reveal, you get nothing. The movie ends and you have np clue what the hell this court was or what the hell these things that are posing as humans are. We only know what they aren't and that's definitely not human. However at the end of the day it was a good movie that gets you really thinking about the home invader scenario and what you would do in such a situation. These people were helpless and clueless as how to defend themselves and their property. A good ol shotgun blast to the face would've solved their problem quite quickly and efficiently. Never be defenseless people, never.

I enjoyed this film but at the same time I hated it. It opened up all these mysterious intriguing questions and problems but there's no payoff there's no punchline to the joke? Nothing is explained or completed not even a little bit? Have you ever felt like you've been cheated if you haven't watch this.
