Buy it anywhere else. Google's telling customers that it just hasn't been released, yet, though other platforms managed to get it without the delay. Here it is Monday after the episode released last Thursday, and they still have no estimated ETA. Nobody knows when, and nobody seems to know why, but they will straight up lie over the phone about it if you call them. You can't seem to report it as not working online to request a refund - the system told me there was an error and to try again later yesterday and again today. Google play is pretty shady - I won't be buying any more content through them.

Until they upload episode 5 of season 10 my review will remain 1 Star. Obviously the show is great but I'm pretty annoyed, like everyone else here, that it's been almost 36 hours since the show aired and there's no episode 5. Get it together, I don't understand the inconsistency. Very disappointed and aggravated.

UPDATE: Cancelled my subscription to the season, have yet to recieve the refund itself. Getting a bit frustrated that I paid for a whole season, and episode 5 has YET to release. I would never have wasted the money for the quicker release, if the free platforms beat you to it. When customers pay for a subscription to the season early on, they expect a timely release of new episodes. This is just frustrating, and a bit sad, frankly. It wouldn't be the first time Google messed up their video services.
