In a rural mountain region of Eagle County, Colorado, a resident shoots and kills a man he believes to be a masked, armed intruder — only to learn the victim is a friend. With just two witnesses at the scene, and one of them dead, investigators must determine whether the shooter is telling the truth and whether he really fired his weapon out of self-defense.

Boulder County, Colorado covers hundreds of square miles, much of which is the Rocky Mountains… the perfect place to hide for a man escaped from a jail. Sheriff's deputies conduct an exhaustive manhunt, resulting in a dangerous face-off between the escaped prisoner and a SWAT team.
4 Shot in the Dark

Shootings are rare in the small town of Minturn, Colorado, and officers are puzzled when an individual on suicide watch turns up with a gunshot wound in the chest. Not your typical cop show. Love the behind-the-scenes/operational perspectives. Plus it's filmed in my home state of CO and the geography is beautiful!
