I have been watching since it was just a show on BBC America and he saved restaurants in the UK. Now I have my husband watching. It teaches what to look for as we dine out in south Louisiana. Most importantly, Gordon shows a passion for what he does which is why he is likely to 'low cuss' folks in the industry who act as if they don't care. That is a message for all of us in any field: Let your passion show for what you do or change professions.
