About this movie

Academy Award winner Renée Zellweger (Best Supporting Actress, Cold Mountain, Chicago) and Hugh Grant (Love Actually) star in a delightful comedy about the ups and downs of modern romance. Bridget (Zellweger), a busy career woman, decides to turn over a new page in her life by channeling her thoughts, opinions and insecurities into a journal that becomes a hilarious chronicle of her adventures. Soon she becomes the center of attention between a guy who's too good to be true (Grant) and another who's so wrong for her, he could be just right (Colin Firth).

I have not seen this movie yet. I have heard about it over the years and just put off seeing it. It looks like a good movie so I'm planning on either renting or buying it and then I will view it and leave a proper review here. I will say this if Hollywood considers Renee 'fat' in this film then I want to be her size! I'm like a size 22 and she looks like a size 10.

Hugh Grant in real life, was, and IS "too good to be true!" Wonder how many MORE Black Prostitutes he visited, and was NOT caught with as he was caught with before?

editing, and on are great. It's scary and typical that when De Niro or any male actor puts on weight to be right for a role, he is lauded. When a woman does, her career is over. Renee Zellweger is incredible and beautiful, thin, chubby, whatever. Watching this movie was a great experience. It's a great story told fantastically.
