When Stella finds out that her cancer has been cured, she must suddenly face the long-term consequences of the “live in the moment” decisions she made, including marrying a total stranger. She also finds out that everyone in her life hid their problems from her. Stella is shocked to learn that her parents have fallen out of love, her sister, Elizabeth gave up her own dreams to start a family with her husband to take care of her, and her often overlooked brother, Aiden, who’s pushing 30 and still lives above the garage, sells Adderall to soccer moms and uses Stella’s cancer to guilt them into sleeping with him. Meanwhile, Stella’s husband Wes worries that he can’t be her perfect husband for the rest of his life. With a real future suddenly in front of her, Stella’s cinematic life snaps into reality, and instead of living like she’s dying, she will have to learn to live like she’s living, and help her family and friends do the same.

When the INS unexpectedly shows up to Stella (Lucy Hale) and Wes’ (Elliot Knight) apartment to check the legitimacy of their marriage, they realize that they need to defend their marriage or Wes might be deported back to London. Peter (Dylan Walsh) and Ida (Gillian Vigman) decide to sell the house, but when an offer comes in, Peter hesitates on following through. Stella tries to help Aiden (Jayson Blair) step up to his responsibilities and to stop avoiding reality. Meanwhile, Elizabeth (Brooke Lyons) is having writer’s block and Stella thinks she has a fix, but Elizabeth’s husband Diego (Carlos PenaVega) is not overjoyed by the idea.

Stella suggests Sadie try the clinical trial that worked for her, but their hopes are dashed when they learn that the trial has ended. While Wes (Elliot Knight) is babysitting Diego’s (Carlos PenaVega) kids, one of them gets sick, and Ida (Gillian Vigman) offers her help. Meanwhile, Aiden (Jayson Blair) pushes his father (Dylan Walsh) to have a guy’s night out to help him move on from Ida.

Love the story unravels n truth is told n then trying to find out how to live life now it's got a good vibe to it.
