Near the end the speech is whole culmination of the movie. It's been 10 yrs since I first watched. It's etched in my mind. I guess not everyone appreciates the movie for just for 15min. It's those 15 min makes movie an Oscar rated.... Hmm never mind

Absolutely brilliant movie.. Al Pacino at his best. Seen this movie more than 30 times from 2007yr. Won't reget if u purchase this movie here. Enjoy every dialogue of this. Whoooaa
